OK it prolly was 15 minutes which sounds reasonable, think about it, a zoo which mostly are pretty big,
so perhaps a few hundred meters from tigers -> gate = 1 minute running fast
rushin say someones being eaten alive, puffing, trying to explain yourself = 1 minute
guy rings keepers, explains situation = 30 secs
keeper gets keys, and equipment = 1 minute
runs to tigers = 1 minute
unlocks gate etc more time

the result is after the dude gets into the cage there won't be anyone there within 5 minutes
i.e. its not like they have ppl prepared to rush and rescue ppl who have fallen into the cages at a moments notice, its not like a fire crew / ambulance crew
