One video link should be enough, unless the band/artist covers very different and distinctive styles/genres of music.

I appreciate the condom PSA. Next time I'm about to get down, I'll be singing to myself...

"Hey you, don't be silly,
put a condom on your willy"

Just started listening to their Joy as an Act of Resistance album this week, after Nicko rec'd it. That one is good, but Samaritans is catchy as hell.

Their first album is my favorite, but I think that tune's a good one for the uninitiated.

Haven't listened to Opeth in a long time until recently. Bought the album, Ghost Reveries. Probably my favorite so far. Starting to warm up to Death Metal a bit.

You heard these guys? Similar stuff, here.

Listening to it now.. reminds me more of early Paradise Lost actually but yeah I can hear the Opeth similarities too. Not sure I ever warmed to Death Metal.. Opeth is more melodic. You should check out Dark Tranquility and Be'lakor if you haven't already.

Ghost Reveries is great, probably their 3rd best after Blackwater Park and Still Life for me. Ghost of Perdition is probably their very best song I think.

I'll check those out. Always a slim chance of me liking something when DEATH is involved but it happens. I can't digest that shit unless doom or prog is attached. Some Metal needs to be watered down with other sub genres, at least for my little ears.

The Beatles
I know you said one video link is preffered, but I think The Beatles fit the case of different styles drasticly and requires 4 (I won't do this again and I'll remove some if you want, but I am in all fairness still not posting their country music, indian music, pallor music or protest songs; i.e. rocky racoon, taxman, When I'm 64 etc...).

Bold claim that The Beatles gave birth to metal. Helter Skelter is definitely their heaviest song but it came out around the same time as acts like Cream and Hendrix were making music. Black Sabbath were heavily influenced by the former. You can hear the influence in songs like this from 1967:
