Not sure I feel a guilty pleasure about watching any movies. Except maybe Steven Seagal movies. Dude is a complete asshole in real life.

I mainly have guilty pleasure tv shows, but I'm not going to get into those. I guess my guilty pleasure movies would be those really cheesy drama/thriller Lifetime Original movies. I love those things.

1. Street Fighter (1994): Terrible adaptation of a video game. It's cheesy and barely has anything to do with the games outside of the character names and how they look. Fun movie though, largely thanks to Raul Julia's over-the-top performance. Very quotable.

2. Super Mario Bros. (1993): Another bad but fun video game movie that has even less to do with its source material. Maybe I'd feel differently if I had a Nintendo instead of a Sega as a kid, because in retrospect I feel bad for Nintendo fans who were looking forward to seeing this.

3. Encino Man (1992): It's natural to cringe at the mention of Pauly Shore and any of the movies he starred in throughout the 90s. What an annoying fuck. He's plenty annoying in Encino Man too, but there's something about it that keeps me coming back every once in a while.

I can't think of any horror movies I'd consider guilty pleasures. What do you expect from someone who shamelessly admits their favorite movie is Maximum Overdrive?
