Okay, I know the 1990's are not particularly looked upon with great fondness by most horror fans, but personally, while not the best, I feel it was an underated decade.

@jimb14red posted an informative thread about his views on the decade a while back.

"90's Horror: An underrated decade" - https://trashepics.com/post/102/4/

My Top 10 would look like this: (a word to the wise - a lot of obscure stuff here and may not be to everyones taste)

1. The Addiction (1995)
2. I Zombie: The Chronicles of Pain (1998)
3. Intensity (1997 TV Movie)
4. Buried Alive (1990 TV Movie)
5. Dead Leaves (1998)
6. The Haunted (1991 TV Movie)
7. Aswang (1994)
8. Blood & Donuts (1995)
9. The Possession of Michael D. (1995 TV Movie)
10. Dead Alive (1992)

What makes your list?

There are 5 boroughs in N.Y.C. I lived on Roosevelt Island for 3-4 years which is considered Manhattan. I hung out in Greenwich Village around N.Y.U. a lot in my younger years especially Washington Square Park which is where the film is centered around but no never lived there.
